Oceanfront Lodge Rooms
The Oceanfront Lodge is a premium location on the ocean right near the Pier and Inn. There are 8 rooms with a queen bed in the two story lodge. 4 rooms have an angled ocean view, with a private porch. 4 of these queen rooms are corner rooms with excellent ocean views and a common porch (note these rooms are less expensive as they are smaller).

Farmhouse Motel
There are 2 Farmhouse Motel buildings. Building A has 4 rooms with 1 Queen and 1 room with 1 King.  Building B has 7 rooms with 2 Queen Beds and two rooms with One King. All rooms in these two buildings are first floor motel rooms each with an ocean view and common porch. The Farmhouse Motel just across from the pool and hot tub area. Seawinds Building
Six large rooms with fabulous ocean views adjacent to the Main Inn. 3 ground floor units and 3 second story, each with private porch. There is also a separate sink area in the room. in 2012: All 6 of these units are received a major makeover - click here to see.

West Wind Building
4 oceanfront rooms, each with outstanding ocean views and private porches. 2 ground floor units have 2 queen beds each. Two second floor rooms each have one king bed.

Hatchard House Rooms
In this building there are four oceanfront rooms with direct ocean views and private porches with one king bed. There is one small ground floor queen room with an angled ocean view from the room and an outstanding ocean view from the common porch (this unit rents for less). On the second floor there is a two room suite with a queen bed in one bedroom and a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom, this unit has no porch or view. Oceanfront Lodge One Bedroom Suites
There are 2 One Bedroom King Suites in this oceanfront building with a common porch and a magnificent ocean view. Each suite has a separate living area with a pull out sofa bed and a King Bed in the bedroom. The ground floor suite has 2 bathrooms, the second floor suite has one bath.  in 2012 new couches, which can be converted into Queen beds, plus coffee makers were placed in these suites.

Oceanfront Inn
The Oceanfront Inn is home to the Ocean Point Inn Restaurant and Pub. There are 7 Inn rooms. Six rooms are on the 2nd floor, each with outstanding ocean views. 3 have a king bed, 2 have one queen bed and one has a double bed. The dining room level room also has great ocean views with a queen bed. for 2012: Room 9 received a major upgrade, it is now a ocean viewKing room with new bedside tables, dresser, and chairs.

Glimpse Cottage
This is a one room cottage in a quiet setting with one queen bed and distant ocean views across the pond.

Bay Crest Duplex Cottage
There are two ground floor suites in the Bay Crest Cottage. Each 2 room suite has a common porch, living area with twin pull-out sofa and separate bedroom with one queen bed. These units have a covered common porch, micro-fridge, electric heat, air conditioning, cable TV, and phone.

Sea Chest Cottage
A two room cottage with a private porch, living room with pull-out sofa and separate bedroom with a queen bed. This unit does not really have ocean views.

Sea Robin Duplex Cottage
There are two ground floor suites in the Sea Robin Cottage which is located in the center of our property next to the pond with obstructed and distant oceanviews between the Lodge and Seaward Cottage. Each with private porch, living room with pull-out sofa and separate bedroom with 1 King or 1 Queen bed.

Housekeeping Cottages and Suites with full kitchens
Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) are required. Shorter stays may be available off season and less than 30-days prior to arrival if still available.

Hatchard House 2 Bedroom Suite
One level two bedroom two bath suite with direct ocean views and large private porch. Separate dining area with full kitchen, one bedroom with a queen bed and second bedroom with king bed. Sleeps 4.

Sea Kist Suites
Two ground floor suites with arguably the best ocean views on the property. Private porch. Living area with gas fireplace, twin pull out, kitchen and dining area. Private porch. Separate bedroom with one queen bed.

Penthouse Suite
Two level 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit on the second and third floors with stunning ocean views and private porch. On the 2nd level there is one bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. On the 3rd level is the living room area with pull-out sofa, dining and kitchen area with private porch. Sleeps 5

Seaward 2 Bedroom Cottage
Two-bedroom single level cottage with direct ocean views, private porch. Living room with gas fireplace, double pull-out sofa, kitchen and dining area. One bedroom with one queen bed and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds. Sleeps 4. in 2012: this cottage received a major makeover with granite counter in the kitchen, new flooring, sofa, chairs, beds, including a queen four poster bed, dressers and mirrors.
