Breakfast

  • Rooms with Continental Breakfast included may upgrade to Full Breakfast for $6* per person.
  • Rooms without Continental Breakfast may add Continental Breakfast for $3.95* per person or Full Breakfast for $9.95* per person.

*These special rates are for in-house guests only and must be purchased upon arrival at the front desk. Regular Breakfast rates: $7.95 Continental and $14.95 Full.

Deposit Policy

  • One or Two Nights - Payment in Full
  • Three or more nights 50% Due at time of booking

Cancellations

  • 14 days or more prior - fully refundable less a $25 processing fee.
  • 60 days or more for Housekeeping Cottages - fully refundable less a $25 processing fee.

Policies

  • All room rates subject to Current Maine State Lodging tax.
  • All room rates (unless otherwise written) are per night double occupancy.
  • Please note that all rooms are accessed via four to fourteen steps.
  • Charge for an extra person in the same room is $20.00 per night.
  • Rollaway beds are available at $10.00 per night.
  • Single Rates - Please inquire about single rates for some of our smaller rooms.
  • Check-in time is 3 p.m. for rooms, and 4 p.m. for efficiencies/housekeeping cottages.
  • Check-out time is 11 a.m.
  • Sorry, no outside cooking (grills, etc.) allowed.
  • Sorry, no pets.
  • All of our rooms, restaurant, and lounge are Non-smoking.
  • Rates only guaranteed for deposited reservations.
