 Whatever your lodging preference, chances are very good we have just what you’re looking for. Choose a white clapboard housekeeping cottage, a traditional bedchamber in the Inn, or a guest room with modern decor in the former farmstead. Picture windows, porches, and balconies all connect you with our spectacular seaside location.
- All of our rooms, restaurant, and lounge are non-smoking.
- All rooms have complete private bath, remote-controlled cable TV, mini refrigerator and AC.
- All rooms have guest phones, and local calls are free.
- Some rooms have microwave/fridge.
- Please note that all rooms are accessed via four to fourteen steps.
 Charge for an extra person in the same room is $20.00 per night.- Rollaway beds are available at $10.00 per night.
- All rates are subject to 7% state sales tax.
- Because we do not have any single rooms as such, we are able to rent a few of our smaller double rooms as singles. Please inquire about rates.
- Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.
- Check-in time is 3 p.m. for rooms, and 4 p.m. for efficiencies/housekeeping cottages.
- Check-out time is 11 a.m.
- No outside cooking (grills, etc.) is allowed,
