In this building there are four oceanfront rooms with
direct ocean views and private porches with one king bed. There is one
small ground floor queen room with an angled ocean view from the room
and an
outstanding ocean view from the common porch (this unit rents for less).
On the second floor there is a two room suite with a queen bed in one
bedroom and a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom, this unit has no porch or
view.

These four rooms were completely redone including new upholstered
headboards in each room (all are King rooms), new drapes, new shades,
new lamps. New carpeting. See photos below.
Hatchard House Room - HHC has new drapes, a new couch and a new
bathroom, plus the upgraded bedding all rooms at Ocean Point are
receiving.
