Drive north on Interstate 95 from Boston. In Maine I-95 becomes the Maine Turnpike. Just beyond Portland, take exit 9 (you leave the turnpike, but you're still on I-95). Continue north on I-95 to Brunswick, and take exit 22 onto coastal Route 1. Follow Route 1 through Brunswick, Bath and Wiscasset. After crossing the bridge just beyond Wiscasset, turn right onto Route 27 towards Boothbay Harbor. Continue about 12 miles and, just before entering the business district, turn left at the traffic light onto Route 96 (East Boothbay-Ocean Point). Follow Route 96 for about 6 1/2 miles to Ocean point and turn right onto Middle Road, turn right onto Shore Road to the inn. 175 miles from Boston, 390 miles from New York
