14 days or more prior to your arrival - fully refundable less a $25 processing fee.
60 days or more for 7 or more night stays in Cottages/Suites with Full Kitchens - fully refundable less a $50 processing fee.

All room rates subject to Current (9%) Maine State Lodging tax.
All room rates (unless otherwise written) are per night double occupancy.
Please note that all rooms are accessed via four to fourteen steps.
Charge for an extra adult in the same room is $20.00 per night and children 16 & under are $10.
Kids 16 & Under Stay Free in Farmhouse B Building.
Rollaway beds are available at $10.00 per night. Limited supply and not available for 2nd floor rooms or rooms that we deem too small to comfortably fit a rollaway.
Single Rates - Please inquire about single rates for some of our smaller rooms.
Check-in time is 3 p.m. for rooms, and 4 p.m. for Cottages/Suites with Full Kitchens.
Check-out time is 11 a.m.
Sorry, no outside cooking (grills, etc.) allowed.
Sorry, no pets.
